Why did we do it?
How does someone stand out from the crowd? How, among hundreds or thousands, can anyone be picked out from the ones around them? It's tricky. Up close, everyone is unique, but from a far, it can be easy to only see everyone as the same.
How do we fix this? The starting point is color. Imagine a sea of grey but with a blip of hot pink somewhere in the mix. Your eye would immediately be drawn to the only color there. Now we add green, and blue, and red. Things start to stand out more. We can see the individuals. We can see the uniquness everyone is born with.
That's why we do it. We want to help people stand out from the noise and from the crowd. We want to help people shine and show off the unique qualities that make everyone of us special and amazing
How We Do It
Disassembly and
Cleaning
The first step for every custom order is to disassemble the mouse. Once we've removed every screw and seperated out the electronics, we'll lightly sand and deep clean the shell's pieces creating a great surface for the paint to grip to.
Prime, Paint, and Finish
Once the pieces have been prepped, we'll add a few thin coats of primer. Next comes the paint. Sometimes it's one color, often times, it's more. Once we've reached the desired design, we finalize it with either a matte or gloss clear coat.
Reassembled and
Tested
Once the mouse has fully dried, we bring the pieces back together revealing the final work of art. New skates are added and the mouse is tested to assure peek performance.
